Dupuis named GM at upscale Wyndham Thai resort
Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific has appointed seasoned hotelier Bruce Dupuis to oversee daily operations at the 181-room Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort Phuket in Thailand.
Managed by Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific, the resort is a mixed-use property that offers upscale accommodation to resort guests and spacious timeshare apartments to almost 60,000 WorldMark South Pacific Club vacation owners and Club Wyndham Asia members.
Dupuis has held leadership positions at upscale properties across the globe, from Central and South East Asia to the Middle East and Africa including the InterContinental Tashkent in Uzbekistan, Sheraton Oman Hotel and Crowne Plaza Hotel Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt.

Dupuis joins Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific after working at Marriott International as Cluster general manager overseeing the luxury resorts of Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa and Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas in Thailand.
Before moving to Thailand, he worked as resident manager at JW Marriott Hotel Changfeng Park and general manager of the Courtyard by Marriott Pudong in Shanghai, China.
