EVA Air to fly non-stop Taipei to Chiang Mai daily
Leading Taiwan independent airline EVA Air is launching daily non-stop flights between Taipei and Chiang Mai on 1 July 2018.
With easy, one-stop connections through Taipei, the new route will give passengers on EVA Air’s 82 weekly flights from North America more convenient access to Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand’s largest city.
The award-winning airline will serve the route with an Airbus A321-200, configured in Business and Economy Classes for 184 passengers.
With its rich history, cultural attractions and laid-back atmosphere, Chiang Mai was selected as one of the 25 Best Destinations in the world by TripAdvisor and listed in the Top 10 Best Cities worldwide by Travel + Leisure.
UNESCO recently designated Chiang Mai as a Creative City for its crafts and folk art, while surrounding natural beauty continues to attract tourists who want to explore the landscape and wildlife.
EVA Air’s new Taipei-Chiang Mai route aims to make air travel from North America to Northern Thailand easier than ever, courtesy of well-planned departure and arrival times. Outbound flights leave Taipei at 07:25, arriving in Chiang Mai at 10:25, while return flights leave Chiang Mai at 11:30, arriving in Taipei at 16:45.
The Chiang Mai arrival times are early enough in the day for passengers to enjoy some sightseeing, while the return flights to Taipei are scheduled so that passengers can make one-stop connections to all of the major cities EVA Air serves in North America, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, Chicago, Seattle, Vancouver, Toronto and New York.
