Meliá expands Asian footprint with new Phuket hotel

Leading Spanish hotel group Meliá Hotels International has expanded its footprint in Thailand with the addition of Meliá Phuket Mai Khao, located on the country’s largest island and world renowned destination.

Meliá Phuket Mai Khao will be the group’s fifth property in Thailand, continuing the group’s dedication to providing exceptional hospitality with a Spanish touch to this thriving market.

Due to open in 2021, Meliá Phuket Mai Khao is owned by Phuket Villa Group, Thailand’s leading residential property development company, and the largest real estate development company on the island.
