Gwel and Mor scoops key tourism awards
Luxury Cornwall resort Gwel an Mor has been presented with two top tourism awards by domestic holiday company Hoseasons – including the coveted Best in Britain title.
The Portreath-based resort, which is affiliated to RCI’s luxury exchange programme The Registry Collection – was also named Best Large Lodge Escape location in Cornwall at Hoseasons’ 11th annual Gala Awards evening, an event that showcases the Wyndham subsidiary’s best self-catering lodge and holiday parks in the UK.
Bill Haslam, owner of Gwel an Mor, said: “We are absolutely delighted to win these awards. Every member of the Gwel an Mor team works extremely hard to make sure our guests have a great holiday experience.
“To be recognised as the Best in Britain goes to show all our hard work pays off and we’re looking forward to welcoming even more guests for what we hope will be another great year ahead.”
