Hassan Kadbi appointed CEO of Hapimag AG

Switzerland-based holiday company Hapimag AG has appointed Hassan Kadbi as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Kadbi, a Member of the Executive Board and Chief Resorts Officer, was appointed to to new role by the company’s Board of Directors and took over on 2 November 2016.

A company statement said Kadbi will assume the management of Hapimag AG in Baar and continue to head the Resorts & Hospitality business division, “which he has led very successfully for the last five years with a strong focus on cost optimisation, efficiency and quality”.

Hapimag also announced plans to further strengthen the Executive Board through the addition of a new member who will take responsibility for customer acquisition.

Dr. Marisabel Spitz, who is currently Delegate of the Board of Directors, resigned from the position of CEO for personal reasons, but will remain in her role as a Member of the Board of Directors.
