Hotelchamp and TrustYou to boost guest experience

Guest feedback and direct booking platforms TrustYou and Hotelchamp have joined forces to help hotels improve the online guest experience.

The newly-announced partnership is designed to enable TrustYou’s established Meta-Reviews service to complement Hotelchamp’s leading marketing and sales solution for hotels.

TrustYou is an expert in analysing worldwide reviews, posts and surveys, and transforming these into Meta-Reviews to provide convenient summaries and scores for hotels. This will be combined with Hotelchamp’s all-in-one direct booking platform to boost direct bookings and build stronger guest relationships.
