Leading Dutch travel brand parks up in the UK
Award-winning Dutch brand Landal GreenParks is bringing a new experience to UK holidaymakers, with two new holiday parks to open this year.
The long-established brand, which is part of the Wyndham Worldwide family of companies, is set to offer UK travellers a new and unique customer-focused holiday experience to enjoy at any time of the year. Landal GreenParks is hugely successful throughout Europe and known for holidays that deliver exceptional service and allow families to explore the local area and return to nature.
Landal GreenParks UK launches this spring and offers customers the chance to make the most of their time together, offering pick and mix activities, areas of outstanding natural beauty, luxury lodge accommodation whereby they can choose to wind down in nature, get active or simply relax on a short break in a hot tub.
Landal GreenParks’ two flagship locations for the UK launch are Landal Darwin Forest, a woodland paradise set in the heart of Derbyshire on the edge of the breath-taking Peak District, and Landal Kielder Waterside, set deep within Northumberland’s Kielder Forest Park and running alongside the largest man-made lake in Northern Europe.
Local-led tradition
They join the Landal GreenParks family of over 80 parks across Europe and continue the brand’s tradition of supporting and celebrating the very best of the local area and landscape including locally stocked produce in the resort shops and locally-inspired dishes on restaurant menus.
The holiday experience is designed as the perfect getaway for friends, families and couples with leading facilities indoor pools and instructor-led activities such as archery, water walkers, body zorbs, woodland walks, bike rides and discovery trails. The luxury lodge accommodation offers home-from-home comforts including flat screen TVs, luxury toiletries by Rituals and outdoor hot tubs.
