Radisson Blu to open new hotel in Prague

Radisson Blu is set to open a new hotel in the popular tourist destination of Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic.

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Prague is a rebranding of an existing hotel and is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2019.

The hotel will undergo a full renovation to provide guests with the full Radisson Blu experience, including its personalised service and exquisite atmosphere. The historic hotel building is located at the heart of Charles Square and well-positioned within walking distance of both Prague’s Old Town and New Town.

Elie Younes, executive vice president and chief development officer, Radisson Hotel Group, said: “We are delighted to sign a new Radisson Blu Hotel in Prague, one of Europe’s gateway cities.

“With this deal, our team further cements the leading position of Radisson Blu in Europe as the largest upper upscale brand, that is relevant to both investors and guests.”

Charles Square in Prague

Radisson Blu Hotel, Prague will feature 160 guest rooms – including premium suites of more than 40 square metres. The dining facilities include a lobby bar and lounge, a terrace bar with splendid views over Prague and an all-day dining restaurant.

The hotel’s meetings and events area will be redesigned and will be comprised of six flexible conference rooms and a dedicated foyer – all ready to accommodate the increasing number of MICE and business guests to the city. The hotel will also have a well-equipped gym and one spa treatment room.

Whether guests visit for intriguing history, UNESCO World Heritage architecture or the vibrant culture and buzzing nightlife, the Radisson Blu Hotel, Prague will be a perfect partner to help create the most memorable travel experience in one of Europe’s most exciting cities.
