RCI industry white paper now available in Russian
RCI has published a Russian language version of its global industry white paper on the shared-vacation ownership industry.
‘Leisure Real Estate Trends & Opportunities’ demonstrates the profitability of shared-vacation ownership products and the many different ways leisure real estate can be packaged and used to boost ROI on initial investment. It also presents valuable insights into the global shared-vacation ownership industry, as shared by several experienced industry experts.
The publication is designed as an A to Z guide on the workings of this fast-growing sector of the hospitality industry to support leisure real estate and resort developers, as well as hoteliers, who may be looking for new ways to boost the return on their property assets. It is also a help in educating the media, legislators and hospitality groups to better understand the industry.
Russia is a key and expanding inbound and outbound market for shared-ownership and leisure real estate products, so making the handbook – which was launched in May – available in Russian for that market was a key priority for RCI.
Dimitris Manikis, vice president of Business Development, RCI Europe, Middle East and Africa, said the sharing of cumulative long-term experience and expertise of the shared-vacation ownership industry was crucial in helping others in the leisure real estate and hospitality sectors to grow their business through a better understanding of the various business models that might be applied to different property types.
“We felt it was important to publish a white paper that makes it absolutely clear how the business models work and where the opportunities lie,” he added. “We see a great future for a product that offers access to a property asset – it is the perfect fit for today’s Millennial consumer mindset.
