Skift to host first-ever European conference
Travel industry intelligence specialist Skift has announced that its first-ever European Forum will take place in London on 4 April 2017.
Skift Forum Europe will be held at Tobacco Dock, and is set to be one of the largest creative business forums in the global travel industry.
Skift Forum events have established a worldwide reputation as the ‘TED of travel’ since its inaugural conference was held in New York in 2014.
The full-day London event will feature CEOs of Kayak, InterContinental Hotels Group, Norwegian Air, Skyscanner, Design Hotels, as well as thought leaders from the worlds of travel, hospitality and technology, including executives from game-changing global brands such as Google, TUI and Trivago.

Travel inspiration
The forum is focused on top marketers, strategists and technologists and its roster of speakers will continue to expand in the weeks to come. The aim of the conference is to inspire travel professionals about the creative potential of the world’s largest industry in a series of short, punchy, interactive sessions.
Rafat Ali, CEO and founder of Skift, said: “Our intention when we started Skift, nearly five years ago, was to provide a platform which would deliver insightful and surprising news across all sectors within travel. We have the same philosophy when it comes to our conferences.
“It’s important to us that attendees come away with innovative intelligence, with preconceived ideas challenged and feeling fired up to apply new learning to their current projects.”
