CustomerCount teams with RCI’s Listening Center

Cloud-based survey solution CustomerCount, has teamed with RCI to launch another enhancement to its enterprise customer feedback system.

Developed and managed by Mobius Vendor Partners, CustomerCount was initially designed for the timeshare and contact centre industries and is now used by organisations across numerous different vertical markets and industries.

The new addition to CustomerCount’s feedback capabilities is TravelVUESM, a multifaceted social-analytics and support system that monitors brand sentiment, gathers real-time conversations and provides insight for social media and marketing teams.

TravelVUE is the result of a combination of CustomerCount’s cloud-based distribution and reporting platform and the evolution of RCI’s Timeshare Online Listening Center (TOLC), delivering insights from consumer’s social media interactions.

Whether travel professionals are focusing on advertising, content or customer care performance, TravelVUE offers aggregated reporting that helps travel professionals make decisions quickly.

Robert Kobek, RRP, CustomerCount’s president said: “CustomerCount’s technology and RCI’s listening tools are a great fit. Working together they can help provide an immediate impact on strategy and is available to any and all resorts”.

Built on the robust platform of CustomerCount and RCI’s award-winning TOLC, the new service monitors both individual resorts and multiple properties across a brand.

By leveraging key data from enterprise social media listening technology, TravelVUE gathers information in real time and compiles data into reports that portray essential key performance indicators as well as ratings and reviews in a meaningful and actionable manner.

These frequent reports are designed to help capture how trending items impact the brand, and in turn, influence the direction of the resort’s social strategy.

With a tiered pricing model from one resort to several, those interested can sign up for the program that fits their business needs based on their budget and the number of locations they want to include.

“The hospitality industry in general, and specifically RCI, were the earliest adopters of customer feedback,” added Kobek.

“TravelVUE now offers our clients convenience and essential data to measure and monitor their guest experience in one place. Partnering with RCI on this initiative opens up a new avenue for our clients to gain a complete view of their online communications, customer attitudes and brand perception.”
