Two key appointments at Hilton Grand Vacations

Leading global timeshare giant Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) has announced appointments to two key roles with the company.

Hollie Gilbert has been named vice president, field marketing, and Patrick Duda has been appointed vice president, enterprise digital capabilities.

Gilbert has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and the timeshare industry, serving in progressive leadership roles with Marriott Vacation Club and Bluegreen Vacations prior to joining HGV. In this new role, Gilbert will build and develop field marketing package sales and tours across HGV’s footprint.

Kevin Butler, HGV’s senior vice president, site marketing, said: “Hollie’s expansive knowledge of the timeshare industry, coupled with her years of experience, make her an excellent fit for this position.

“She will assist HGV in growing our member base by optimizing our sales mix of capital-efficient inventory. She will also leverage data and technology to enhance our overall effectiveness.”

Gilbert, who holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of New Orleans, recently served as chief marketing officer for Zealandia Holding Company, which specialises in hospitality and vacation ownership. In this position, she implemented marketing strategies that generated more than $130 million in annual sales revenue from more than 1,000 geographically diverse sales and marketing team members.

Customer engagment

In his new role, Duda will work closely with HGV’s business leaders and IT partners to enhance overall customer engagement and experience throughout HGV’s digital marketing platforms.

Patrick Duda

Sherri Silver, HGV’s executive vice president and chief marketing officer, said: “Patrick will help ensure we develop and maintain an efficient, effective, data-connected online environment that enhances our user experiences and helps us to attract and retain new owners.”

Most recently, Duda worked in the highly competitive auto and home insurance industry, where he helped advance digital, customer experience and data-oriented capabilities for Erie Insurance, a Fortune 500 company. He has also held progressive roles with AT&T and GE.

Duda holds a master’s degree in applied intelligence from Mercyhurst University and a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University.
