Although many of their corporate clients have been from a variety of industries including real estate, telecoms, banking, and SME development, the vacation ownership space is a familiar discipline.
The Tolan brothers have a legacy, having entered the vacation ownership space as consultants in Florida in the early 1980s.
As the business expanded domestically and diversified internationally, some of them pioneered and opened markets in Greece, Tunisia, Cyprus, Turkey, Poland, Dubai and the Philippines to name a few.
Most of the family development holdings were divested prior to positioning WCI as an advisory and consultancy service with a focus on an accelerated Learning and Development supplemental performance enhancement programmes.
WCI has been based in Dubai for the past 10 years and is now re-deploying their services’ reach to the Americas.
“It is an honour to be on a speakers’ roster with so many distinguished experts at the GNEX Conference this year,” said Tolan.
“GNEX is a wonderful opportunity, even for us, to catch up with new trends and learn from the ‘best of the best’ the industry has to offer,” he added.
