Karma Group acquires two resorts in Normandy

Leading luxury developer Karma Group has announced the acquisition of Karma Manoir des Deux Amants and Karma Residence Normande in France.

Located on the banks of the river Seine in the heart of picturesque Normandy in the French countryside, the properties comprise a total of 49 apartments, with the two resorts ideally located just an hour and 20 minutes from central Paris.

The spectacular location in Normandy offers guests the opportunity to unwind and discover lush landscapes, medieval towns, castles and beaches.

The resorts are just outside the charming village of Connelles, deep in Impressionist country, and close to the medieval town of Rouen with its historic castles and cathedrals. The spacious and sumptuously furnished accommodations feature well-equipped kitchens, whilst the leisure complex provides entertainment for the whole family with a heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna and games room.

John Spence, founder and chairman of Karma Group, said: “There are few more stunning regions than Normandy, with its incredible history and gorgeous scenery so I am delighted to announce that Karma Group has acquired two resorts on the banks of the Seine, in one of the most glorious settings in the world.

“We are renovating and refurbishing the resorts to make them even better than they already are and I know they will be extremely popular with our Karma tribe, old and new.”
