Hilton Grand Vacations expands urban portfolio

Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) has expanded its urban offering with the opening of The District by Hilton Club – the largest timeshare in Washington, D.C.

Located on the top three floors of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington D.C. Georgetown, the 108-unit property is HGV’s first timeshare in the city.

The property is situated between Georgetown and Dupont Circle near dining, shopping, nightlife and the city’s monuments museums and memorials. The three floors are comprised of 96 spacious, one-bedroom suites and 12 two-bedroom suites. Amenities include access to the property’s fitness centre, heated indoor pool, restaurant and bar, business centre, video arcade and a grab-and-go market as well as a private owners’ lounge.

HGV is an affiliate of RCI, and the District is part of the company’s continued efforts to expand its portfolio of urban vacation options available to Club Members. Currently underway is The Residences by Hilton Club, located within the New York Hilton Midtown and expected to open in spring 2018. Previously, HGV opened two properties in Manhattan, The Hilton Club – New York in Midtown in 2002 and West 57th Street by Hilton Club in 2009, which was the first purpose-built timeshare property ever constructed in New York City.
