The first foundations have been laid for One&Only Portonovi, the luxury resort operator’s first project in Europe.
Set to be an integral part of a new 60-acre luxury lifestyle development being built in Montenegro, the first phase of the development on the shores of the Bay of Boka Kotorska is due to be completed in 2017 with the resort planned to open in 2018.
One&Only Portonovi will feature approximately 120 luxurious guest rooms, suites and villas, dining and retail options, and a wellness and vitality centre in partnership with world-renowned wellness brand, Espace Chenot Health Wellness Spa,
Architecture, interiors and the design of exterior spaces surrounding the resort are being handled by Jean-Michel Gathy and a team from Denniston International Architects. One&Only has worked with Gathy on a number of projects, including One&Only Reethi Rah.
