RDO shares inspirational sales video

European timeshare body the Resort Development Organisation (RDO) has produced a special video clip featuring sales mentor Steve Clarke as part of its ongoing strategy to share industry best practice, raise awareness and encourage engagement through its digital channels.

The video, cheekily-titled ‘WTF – Where’s the focus’, was recorded at RCI affiliate Pearly Grey Ocean Club in Tenerife, where Clarke took a training session with the team. It features the sales trainer discussing the customer experience – one of the most important aspects of any sales industry – and inviting viewers to find the focus within their business.

“Ultimately the customer experience is what it’s all about, whether it is with a returning customer or a prospective new client,” he explains.

“Tomorrow write this up on your office wall in big and bold letters: WTF. Probably not what you are thinking, but for me it stands for where’s the focus. In your business where is the focus? Is it still old-school style, bottom line, let’s just look at our return on investment, or is your focus truly on the customer experience?”
