Bless set to open its first luxury hotel in Madrid
Bless Collection Hotels, a new luxury hotel brand from Palladium Hotel Group, is to open its first property in Madrid in January 2019.
Bless Hotel Madrid wlll be followed by another property in Ibiza in Summer 2019, with further hotels will be rolled out in cosmopolitan cities and international beach destinations.
Located on Calle de Velázquez in the heart of the city’s Salamanca district, Bless Hotel Madrid will offer 111 rooms, rooftop pool, bowling alley, spa and gym, gourmet destination restaurant, three bars and conference spaces.

The hotel’s gastronomic offering – from breakfast to dinner – will be headed up by world famous Basque chef, Martin Berasategui. Holder of eight Michelin stars (more than any other Spanish chef), Berasategui’s eponymous restaurant has been voted “the best restaurant in the world”.
Berasategui will act as the hotel’s gastronomic guru, overseeing all its food and beverage offering, with the star being his signature restaurant, Etxeco, set to become a destination for culinary experience.
The property’s interiors have been designed by renowned Spanish designer and architect Lázaro Rosa-Violan, whose vision is to create a quintessentially Madrilenian character with a contemporary slant. Key design features will include ‘sensory architecture’ that will define the hotel ambience, collaborative work spaces and social areas.

The Bless Collection Hotels brand is built around the concept of Hedonist Luxury, a unique proposition designed for citizens of the world – modern travellers, sybarites and pleasure-seekers. In its own words, “Bless Collection Hotels worships the pursuit of happiness and the good life”.
Hotel guests will therefore enjoy the ultimate in luxury through a range of sensory exclusive experiences designed to feed the spirit. The BATHOLOGY experience will see a personal butler create a bespoke bathing experience designed for each guest, and BLESSBED will allow guests to personalise their moments of rest through a luxurious menu of pillows and bed linen.
The hotel will also present a programme of inspirational entertainment drawing on the destination’s cultural agenda – from art and culture to fashion and gastronomy – with “happenings” set to include live music, fashion shows, DJs and pop-ups, performance and visual art and photography exhibitions.
