Silva and Santa bring Christmas cheer to Anfi

Leading timeshare company the Anfi Group has celebrated the Christmas season with a new video starring football superstar David Silva and Santa Claus.

Manchester City and Spain star Silva joined fellow Anfi ambassadors the Moreno twins – Daida and Iballa, 25 times Windsurfing World Champions – to help Santa Claus to distribute gifts and smiles at the resort in Gran Canaria.

The video – which you can view below – was recorded in a number of venues on the Canary Island and at the resort, surprising several holidaymakers who were quick to join in the fun as well as obtain selfies and autographs.

With 2016 coming to a close, the Anfi Group is now looking forward to the new year, when it expects the luxury beach at Anfi Tauro to finally become a reality. It has taken nearly two decades to collect all the necessary administrative licenses for the project, according to CEO Jose Luis Trujillo.

‘Anfi dream’

“The Anfi dream continues with the construction of a beach that will be a reference as a tourism and leisure destination in Gran Canaria,” he explained, saying the “unique” initiative would lead the way for future development of the Anfi Tauro project. The resulting infrastructure will also offer first class accommodation and will transform the Tauro ravine.

The first steps of this project have already been accomplished with the construction of the Anfi Emerald Club resort and two golf courses. This remarkable progress will be completed with an ambitious urban development that will see a significant increase in jobs for locals.

Trujillo added:“The next step is hard work in order to consolidate this project, which will bring quality and sustainability to the area. All efforts will be concentrated in making the Anfi Tauro Valley a worldwide tourist attraction.”
