Sterling Resorts opens two new properties
Leading Indian holiday lifestyle company Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited (SHRL) has opened two new resorts in the village of Mocha and the hill station of Wayanad.
The company, which has just launched a new corporate identity, recently added Sterling Kanha and Sterling Wayanad to its portfolio, taking its total number to 29 resorts in 26 destinations across India. All of the company’s resorts are affiliated to RCI.
Tucked away in the quaint little village of Mocha by the banks of the Banjar River, Sterling Kanha is located six kilometres from Kanha National Park, which is home to the region’s tiger reserve, giving guests the opportunity to explore the stunning wilderness.
The resort is comprised of 25 rooms, and boasts a range of amenities, including spa, swimming pool, bar, restaurant and a state-of-the-art conference room. Guests can also take a safari ride through the reserve accompanied by the resort’s team of hospitality executives.

Sterling Wayanad
Located 1,000m above sea at the rejuvenating hill station of the same name, Sterling Wayanad is ideally located for walkers and nature lovers. Close to the Bandipur Forest, and 15km from Muthanga Forest, the resort is surrounded by scenic landscapes on all sides.
Verdant rice paddies, spiky ginger fields, and picturesque plantations make for a refreshing experience, the resort offers a range of luxurious amenities and things to do, not least stroll to the waterfalls, through the forest reserve or follow the wild elephant trail.
