Renaissance Hotels opens doors in Dubai

Marriott International has announced the opening of the Renaissance Downtown Hotel, Dubai, which features 298 guestrooms, including 65 suites.

Located in the Business Bay district, the property will feature all of the brand’s experiences, including Evenings at Renaissance where guests can connect, socialize, and experience the locale through nightly programming. The hotel’s Navigators will help guests experience the neighborhood.

Marriott International’s latest partnership with Universal Music Group, celebrated the opening of Renaissance Downtown Hotel, Dubai, with an exclusive concert by music star Gwen Stefani.

Alex Kyriakidis, Marriott International’s president and managing director Middle East and Africa, said: “We are thrilled to mark this milestone for Renaissance Hotels by bringing this concert series to the Middle East region for the first time.

Members of Marriott’s loyalty programmes, Marriott Rewards, which includes The Ritz-Carlton Rewards and Starwood Preferred Guest, were able to redeem their points for the Ultimate Fan Experience packages around the concert.
